Ions are used to orderly bombard precious metal targets including nickel, silver, titanium, gold, indium, copper and aluminum. Under magnetic field control, metal ions are uniformly sputtered onto the optical-grade PET substrate and deposited to form a metal coating layer.This metal coating layer features spectral selectivity, which can maximally reflect and block infrared rays in sunlight. It offers low reflectivity, excellent light transmittance, and resistance to fading and oxidation. However, due to its high metal content, it will cause certain interference to electronic signals.
